Master Well Owner Network
The Master Well Owner Network (MWON) is a free educational program that trains residents as volunteers on how to maintain or improve their water quality. After the training, these volunteers share their knowledge with others in their community. This award-winning program has shown that nearly 80% of well owners educated by a Master Well Owner volunteer have taken some step to better manage their water supply.
